Протокол ДВК вибори народних: A Mobile App for Accurate Vote Counting

Протокол ДВК вибори народних is a mobile app developed by ВИБОРКОМ to help members of the election commission fill out the protocols for vote counting accurately. The app is a methodological material that is designed to assist members of the commission to fill out the protocol correctly during the elections of people's deputies of Ukraine in 2019.

The app checks the mathematical correspondence of the data entered into the protocol (including carrying out control checks provided by law), indicates the inconsistencies found, and also the need to fill out acts on discrepancies. The app is up-to-date as of July 1, 2019.

This app was developed as part of the project activity of the Coordinator of OSCE Projects in Ukraine in collaboration with the Central Election Commission.
